What kind of services do you provide?

We provide a wide range of IT services to meet any requirements you may have. Some of our more popular services are the hosting services. We can host your Website, Email, DNS & E-Commerce site. We can host pretty much anything else too, but let's chat about those ones.

What if I have a problem or enquiry?

We are happy to answer any questions or comments you have - we want to hear from you!

If you've submitted queries previously, you'll have an account on our system so you can use our support portal for a more efficient response.

Do we backup your data?

We pride ourselves on data security & integrity.

We backup our servers daily, to a secure offsite location, however we cannot be held responsible for any loss of data.

We encourage you to backup your accounts regularly. With cPanel it's as easy as clicking the backup Icon within your account.

What is cPanel?

cPanel is a central spot where you can manage your servers and websites, assuming you have these services with us. Check out this link for some tutorials on cPanel if you'd like a bit of a tour to the system.

How can you access your account?

You can access your Webhosting account by logging into cPanel here. Once there we suggest bookmarking the login screen so you've always go it there.

How can I manage my databases / email accounts / subdomains etc?

All our Management is done using cPanel for most hosting accounts, you just need to login to your cPanel account.
